Teira is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Divinity and more than 11 years of experience providing therapy for children and adolescents ages 6–18. She creates a safe, supportive environment where children feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Teira holds a certificate in Child Trauma and Play Therapy and is completing the requirements to become a Registered Play Therapist. She uses evidence-based, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills while addressing anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Believing that play is a child's natural language, Teira uses play as a powerful tool to help children express themselves, process experiences, and develop confidence.
Her goal is to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship while partnering with caregivers to support lasting growth.
Teira believes in caring for the whole person. She recognizes that values, culture, relationships, and spirituality can play an important role in the therapeutic process and incorporates these elements when aligned with her client's needs.
When Teira is not working, you'll usually find her doing something creative, like knitting, learning to crochet and sew, or making jewelry, Tiera also loves experimenting with new recipes, exploring local restaurants, and spending quality time with my family and close friends.

Shannon is a dedicated mental health professional with over nine years of experience providing compassionate client-centered services to adolescents and adults. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, while helping them develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
Shannon is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her experience spans diverse clinical settings, allowing her to effectively address multiple areas of mental health struggles, including anxiety and stress management, depressive and mood disorders, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Shannon focuses on developing personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and personal goals.
Known for her empathy, professionalism, and strong therapeutic relationships, Shannon is passionate about promoting mental wellness and supporting clients through life's challenges. She remains dedicated to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care for those she serves.
In addition to therapy, Shannon provides clinical supervision and case consultations for fellow professionals.
When not at work, Shannon enjoys going to the beach, taking walks, listening to pop culture podcasts, and spending quality time with family.
